How do I register to ask a question?
On the left side of the page is a menu. Click on "Register as a Member."Type your question in the box provided. Scroll down and select the category that applies to your question.
Select your payment offer. Fill in all required fields then check the box to agree with the Terms and Service and click on continue. The next step is to make your payment and your question will then be sent to our Expert/Professional Team.
Is my credit card information safe?
Yes. when you enter your credit card information it is encrypted by our system and secured.
How much do I have to pay?
Your first question that you ask requires a $20.00 payment and once you have established an account with FinditQuick Answers the minimum offer amount will be $5.00.
If you choose the Professional Option, an additional $40.00 will be added to your offer amount. Please remember that you can continue to private message the professional for as long as needed to obtain your answer and for follow up information.
How long do I have to wait for an answer?
Your question is posted live on our website as soon as you make your payment. Depending on the content of the question and how detailed the answer has to be will determine the time it takes for you to receive an answer.
How can I get a quick response?
Give as much detailed information as possible with regards to your question.
How will I know I got an answer?
When our Expert/Professional team replies to your question, you will receive an email with a link to your question and answer page. Just click on the link or copy and paste it to your browser address bar.
What if no one answers my question?
If you submit a question that does not receive a reply, your payment will be fully refunded minus a 10% transaction fee.

Why can't I login?
Make sure that you are logged out. Look at the blue navigation bar on top of your page. If it says "login" click the button to do so and log in with your username and password.
I forgot my username and password.
If you have forgotten your username and password, please contact us at answers@finditquick.com or you can go to "New Registration Help" located on the left side of the home page of FinditQuick Answers.
Do I have to accept an answer?
You do not have to accept an answer if you are not pleased with it, you can request that your question be resubmitted. You will have 14 days to "ACCEPT" an answer and if you do not, your question will be closed and your money will NOT be refunded.
Can I talk to the Expert/Professional who gave me answers?
Yes. You have the Private Message Option that you can use at your discretion if you need more follow-up information. You will be able to use this option even if you have "ACCEPTED" an answer and your question is closed.
Can I reward the Expert/Professional that helped me the most?
Yes. If you are happy with the answers provided to you by our Expert/Professional Team, you can always reward the one you "ACCEPTED" with a bonus!!
Can I trust an answer that I receive?
The answers given by our Expert/Professional Team are ADVICE only and not to be taken in place of your personal Physician, Attorney, Financial Advisor, Auto Mechanic, Veterinarian, etc. All answers should be used as an OPINION ONLY and reviewed by your own specialists.
Expert Registration
Can I be an Expert of FinditQuick Answers?
Yes. If you have a hobby or interest that you feel you are informed enough to help our clients, you can pick a category that you excel in and join as an expert. Please remember that your application will need to be validated by FinditQuick administration and you will be required to CONFIRM the information within your profile.
How do I register as an Expert?
On the Home page, on the left side of the menu, click on "Register as an Expert". Completely fill out ALL fields in your profile. We request that you add a picture along with your profile information. If you do not completely fill out your profile and contact information, you will NOT be approve as an expert on FinditQuick Answers. All Expert and Professional applications are reviewed by the administration of FinditQuick Answers before joining the Answer Team.
How fast do I have to answer a question?
We require of our team members to give a full, detailed and CORRECT answer to our clients within a 24 hour period. The faster you respond to a client, the better your chances of getting an "ACCEPT" to your answer.
What if I don't answer any questions?
If your Expert Account shows no activity for 3 months from the date of joining the Expert/Professional Team, your account will be removed from the database.
How do I make money?
When you answer a question from a client, the client is required to "ACCEPT" the answer they liked best. Our Expert Team members are paid 50% of the offer amount from the client when their answer is accepted.
How do I get paid?
If you have joined PayPal on the Internet, we can PAY YOU DIRECTLY into your PayPal account or we can send you a company check. You can request payment at anytime.
Professional Registration
What is required of me to register as a Professional on FinditQuick Answers?
If you wish to work the Professional option on FinditQuick Answers, you will need to fax proof of your vocation. We will need a copy of your license, degree, or certifications. For security purposes, the above information is strictly for the in office administration files of FinditQuick Answers and will not be published on the Internet. How much can I make as a Professional?
When a client selects the professional option, an extra $40.00 is applied to the initial offer amount.
Do I have to enter my license, verifications, and degrees in my profile?
No. For reasons of security, Findit-Quick.com,Inc will not allow publication of any professional license, degrees, or certifications that may jeopardize the confidentiality and security of the professional. If a client wishes to request VERBAL validation of the professionals credentials, they will need to contact the administration of FinditQuick Answers.
How much do I get paid and when do I get paid?
You will be paid 50% of the offer amount when your answer is ACCEPTED. Additionally, you will also be paid $1.00 per question answered.
How important is my profile as a Professional?
Your profile is very important to clients who wish to review. Clients are paying for professional service and a completed profile can only help with each professionals ACCEPT rate. Clients need the "personal touch" when posting a question.
As a Professional, do I have to use the private message option?
No, it is not required of a Professional or an Expert to use the private message option to clients. This option has been made available for follow up information. There are many circumstances when more information is necessary for a complete and detailed answer.
