i know what kind of feeling u have.u should tell ur parents that u have allergtic with metals they will solve ur problems.

It may not be anything to do with u being allergic to it. You havent mentioned when the replacement was done and since when this feeling has started.

The allergy can be tested at any immunology clinics, with a patch test using the same metal to test.

But i would recommend an x ray or consultation with your Orthopedic surgeon. It is most probably an alignment problem, thats giving you the problem.
