You get a panic attack? Of course you do. And we all do. Anyone in their right mind, even the healthiest, get worried when it's time to see the the doctor. The best thing to do, however, is to see the doctor no matter what. Everyone is afraid of what the doctor "might say," usually to confirm our own fears. For example, if I had gone overboard on chocolate this week. I would fear that my doctor would tell me that my sugar level is too high. This is not so, in many cases, when I see the doctor. But, my fears tells me so and my body reacts. If my assumptions are correct, I ask myself the question, "what if I am right?" By not going to the doctor, the consequenses of not going to the doctor is deeper that the consequenses of not going - you see? So, it is easy to follow your mind during everyday life, but face it when it comes to your health, you don't know everything. Face your fears and go to the doctor.
Hope this answers your question!
